20 Have lots of sex In a ten-year study of 900 men in the UK, those who had sex the most often also had the best physical health and overall energy reserves. There ya go..start with No.20 and work upwards but wait till your out of the office first No problem with 20. that is why i am sleepy twice or three times a week. i dont sleep enough. and when i drink some wine, it is worst. i cant wake up in the morning.

contary to scurrilous assumptions I read a lot in bed. If for any reason I find that I can't sleep I read. I find that if you try to sleep when you are an insomniac as I am it doesn't help to lie there tossing and turning, get up go for a walk, make a cup of tea, me, I read a book. Gus book is the best way how to fall asleep. and for me the english one is better. but the best are materials to work in english. it is like lullaby.

Getting drunk and sleeping till noon works when your young but for some reason it messes up the sleeping pattern later on. Similarly the hangovers get worse when you're older...thats my experience anyway:( Did you catch any fish? I've been reading some enlightening reports on east european immigrants in this country. Apparently they can't understand why our 'anglers' throw the fish back into the water! Further to this, the carp (a fish you'll be familiar with ) is considered to be a delicacy in E.European countries whereas - and I'm not sure why - here in the west it isn't commonly eaten although theres a bloke on TV called Hugh Witless-Stall who'll eat anything. So I put it to you, Miss D that you are eating your catch!

For some strange reason it a New Years Eve delicacy here which the Germans get stuck into after watching the annual TV prog Dinner for One. Gus

So I put it to you, Miss D that you are eating your catch! maybe because i am too young, i dont have any hangover. only when i mix two or three kinds of drink. but i bought very good red currant wine and it was great. sweet to drink quick and good quality that it didnt cause any hangover. once i mixed beer with fernet and my head wanted to explode the other day. also my stomach was upside-down. but now it is great. wine is great and i drank it with coca-cola. i havent caught a fish for two weeks:( bad weather. once sun shines and after couple of days it rains. the weather is not stable for fish. why anglers throw fish back? it can have more reasons. first, if he has one fish already and catch another one he has to stop fishing for that day. so he throws the second one to the water. second, he doesnt want to kill it. or he is fishing only for joy.

Gus before preparing the carp, it is good to put it to the milk for a while and you wont feel that taste.

I had a feeling that these delicacies would taste awful. I dont understand why different countries should have different tastes, can't all the Poles - who i like btw..M/cr has a big Polish community and the few Estonians etc be pointed to one of our many wonderful Fish & Chip shops.
You cant beat flakey Cod, Hake or Haddock.
