I read an article ages ago about some of the more peculiar 'Last Meals' prisoners on Death Row chose to eat and there were some pretty bizarre choices.

Its interesting, some people think 'Jeez its my last meal so I'm having the works and getting a 3 course meal. Something like Lobster, Oysters, Champagne etc.

The majority did likewise but chose Double Cheeseburgers, KFC Chicken and a coupe of beers or coke (I doubt whether they bothered whether it was Diet Coke:D).

Some of course just didn't have the appetite for anything - can't say I blame them

Well I'm a simple lad - some would say, a simpleton - but I'd be happy to emerge from the Sahara with a Pint and a plate of Cheese on toast.

Also I'd be parched so the LAST thing I'd choose is something as salty as Caviare.
