Daz . . is it that Carlos the Jackal bloke? Bit before my time, but seems familiar. Well he was known as a 'Master of Disguise' so its possible. Or was until Gargs came along and stole the prize as usual. Actually the story of David Jannsen is a very tragic one. He was a famous Hollywood actor until his Wife was found strangled to death and he was falsely accused of murder and sentenced wrongly to 16 yrs in jail. He was convinced that a one armed man he'd seen running away was the true killer and vowed revenge. Sadly every bloody time he saw the one armed man the culprit would jump on a train and get away seconds before Dave could catch him. Its his own fault really..I could easy beat up a one armed man. And as for no arms - well I specialise in fighting big guys with amputated arms and I haven't lost a fight yet!! In the end a petition was sent to the President on behalf of all one-armed men - err uni-armed physically challenged persons - and Jannsen was arrested as a public pest and died alone in Jail. A tragic tale retold in the bio-pic known as "The Fugitive" ............taken from Akiras Film GuideErr Happy Birthday to this old harridan! Is it... 1) Hedwig 2) Annabelle Shweinberg 3) FN 4) Jilona 5) Little Shorts 6) Someone even more of a pest than thee above.  |
