I'm not sure what is wrong except that it seemed to ,ed to start with lakakage of,toxins from the old,fistula (gone now). Thought fit might not have been That. I have no voice and here been nil a mouthh for 10 days

Oh what a complete bugger! I hope they are treating you well there.
Small compensation, but if the food is anything like it was in my stay there a year ago I think 'nil by mouth' would be a relief rather than an imposition. I can see their sandwiches now, the bread curling up from them like seagull's wings!
Is there anything any of us can do to make life more bearable for you whilst you're there? Are you happy to chat online for instance? I guess you are communicating by phone which is a pain so let us know.
Hopefully, they'll chuck you out soon anyway. Let us know how things are when you feel up to it.

Thanks, but at the moment all this one fingered typing is too tiring to do for long. Also
I half-destroyed the. iPad I am using during the what I think was a kind of delirium i had over the first couple of weeks so a lot of it doesn't work well,s and slowly.
I'd kill for a bowl of cornflakes though.f
