I like scallops.
Thats about it as far as sea creatures other than fish are concerned.
They tried to foist Monkfish on people when the Cod/Haddock starting to run dry but its not in the same street. The TV chefs call is 'amazing..like steak'...err..who wants to chew into tough fish.
Any fule know that the best fish is soft, white and flakey!
