French ‘Spiderman’ scales Slovak Radio buildingFrench climber Alain Robert, also known as the ‘French Spiderman’, only needed around 15 minutes to climb the Slovak Radio building in Bratislava on April 12. Robert, a climber who is known to prefer buildings to mountains, said after the feat that he had felt very dehydrated after the first several meters and that if the radio's reporters had not passed him a bottle of water he probably would not have continued climbing. Robert originally planned to climb the National Bank of Slovakia’s tower next to the radio station but the bank’s management did not give him a permit. Robert is in Slovakia attending the 'Hory a Mesto 2007'(Mountains and City) festival.

Ah I read about him..although he had to give up his Spiderman ascent of Big Ben after suffering from severe frostbite - these were the olden days before Glorious Global Warming. There a picture of him somewhere looking very very wet and bedraggled. Even so he's remarkable..anyone who wears no safety equipment deserves respect. In Celebrity Jungle they use a safety truss just for going over a bridge! My only question is - why? bte. well found, Dara - and hello!!!

It is very dangerous to approach a wild Murdoch. They are not domesticated creatures, even if they appear friendly.
