Don't encourage Jean. It's: Je pense, donc je suis.

Friday Night Saturday Morning > 1979 > www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b016bgt2/Friday_Night_Saturday_Morning/ - worth watching for the titles alone. Discussion about Life of Brian -- with John Cleese, Michael Palin, Malcolm Muggeridge & An Angry Archbishop, moderated by Tim Rice, followed by Norris McWhirter. As John Cleese remarks: no need for any more Monty Pythons, this is already a Python sketch. Enjoyable debate. (& plus ca change....) Also - Holy Flying Circus > www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b0162zbx/Holy_Flying_Circus/ - funny - ish - if you can gang hold of a few magic mushrooms etc. The Comic Strip's Hunt for Tony Blair was much funnier.

i'm loving The Slap. the book had me stumped before i even got a quarter of the way through - but this TV adaptation is very good. 8 episodes in total. 1- 4 available on iplayer now. 5 due tomorrow. www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b016lvbz/The_Slap_Hector/(episode 1 is the least engaging of the 4 i've watched)

I'm waiting for the American version of The Killing II. (Ch 4) So shhhh, Bets. No leaking of the ending (if there is one this time ) why wait for the 'merican version - it will be crap

i highly recommend seeing the original - take a laptop to bed so you can read the subtitles easily!
i am getting the dvd for christmas - i can't wait to watch it again - it really is exceedingly good.
...now i feel like a bit of cake. where's mr kipling when you want him...
