are packed I'm ready to go la la la I'm leaving on a jet plane.... no I'm not I am getting the Ramsgate ferry tomorrow to Ostend Belge in Flams and Belgique in Walloon. However they spell it or pronounce it matters not one jot to me for my love awaits me with open arms in Ostend in a local hostelery where we shall wine and dine and bill and coo till the early hours then tittering like a couple of school children off we will pop to bed. The day after my love will in her quiet competent way drive my car with the utmost confidence on the outside lane of the German Autobahns. I usually close my eyes and ask " are we there yet" "are we there yet"

<< Here, unlike Germany, I cannot mix cardboard with paper in the bins as the recycling facilities are 'unable' to process this. Nor can I add envelopes, magazines, etc. Thus my cardboard has to go in with the plastic, which is not recycled. I have to take all my glass to the bottle bank, my plastic bottles to a seperate facility and my tin cans to another. I believe the German yellow bag system should be used and money should be invested to improve recycling facilities/capabilities. >> Sorry I thought this was the recycling bag thread...same difference really ..getting rid of old rubbish
