Jeeezzzz now I /do/ wonder what it is I’ve said that could possibly cause offence...? The simple fact of me challenging her ‘course of action’ after she said herself she had ‘made it public’....?
By the very fact of posting on /any/ MB one /automatically/ agrees to one's opinions being challanged, or doesn't one....?

Ta pinkmel. Will go and check it out, but I doubt I will register. Posting elsewhere would take up to much of my time. I'd have to neglect teaching Sands the basics about drugs and evolution - and let him continue living his life in blissful ignorance. I couldn't possibly do that could I!

I think you know who EVERYONE is - they are Piccione, Oldpunkette, etc. etc. It's a cyber board. I'm happy for everyone to be who they want to be. I don't know why it's all meant to be such an interesting mystery who is who and what is what. I'm hungover and tired, and have to wash the windows, go to the supermarket, go to the gym, do the ironing, write an essay and do some work for tomorrow. I come on here to be OP (which is not the name on my birth certificate) to play. It's not real llife. It's the escape. |

OP..can you forget the trivia for a second and address Piccolos drug initiative. At this rate we'll be making him the new Drug Tzar - sounds a perfectly reasonable initiative to me! ..yes, I know that'll worry you, Piccy. Drugs? OK, i'm on to it. Just a bit afraid of falling out with Sandy on this as he is usually a font of wisdiomisty but I'll go for it. That's OK OP. I am used to being in a minority. The same is the case re:global warming. Wouldn't life be so boring if we always agreed with each other? BUT I AM STILL RIGHT, of course. ;D |

Billy, i appreciate that keeping both new and old members can be a difficult balancing act. I've not been kicked off the Cheeseboard yet. But then all I've done is go in for a bit of a political debate about the 1707. Some Exfoliator guy keeps trying to rubbish my posts, but it's all been about the argument so far. I've not seen any sign of the one you call 'Dirk' in the debate. Err this is all very incestuous. I only use the Cheese board to point out flaws and really it is akin to a roundup of clippings. The posters themselves are immaterial. Dirk used to email me with Jazz stuff at one time so he's pretty laidback about stuff (unless its religious or remotely metaphysical in which he metamorphoses into a rabid dog. Exco writes things from a left wing perspective and of course its biased but then so is mine and Sandys towards a right wing perspective. Its all a bit Punch & Judy. It's all handbags at twenty paces. |
