Sorry I spoiled it, Madrigalman. In the meantime, there’s Sandy’s second to consider: Killer bee signs diamond. Actually, it may be more of a challenge than yours, Daz.

..as for Melon, I think despite her role as Akira film critic she doesnt appear to have watched any films whatsoever Daz! Just cos you know a thing to be true....does it make it ok to shame me infront of all of 21 strangers? I think not. I'm really upset now. And it's sooo not true. I saw Pirates of The Carib only the other day....but none of Sandy's clues seem to match

Should I post this on the (Curiously similar) clueless films thread on the cheeseboard Sandy or would Arena like to have a go here? if he thinks he's hard enough!

Not only a similar game but vaguely similar puzzles. Methinks we have a plagiarist about. ;D

A fortnight ago I started a dead thread called 'Dead or Alive?'...the answer was dead on both counts.
The first photo put up randomly was Glenn Ford and a few people replied that he was dead. He died today.
They don't call me The Grim Reaper for nowt!

I slept on it and the answer came the first time I thought about it this morning.
The Magnificent Ambersons.
Now do you remember my clue with the bee, etc?
I mentioned colours as a clue.
The name of the author of the book that the film is based on sounds like a colour.
Now that is a right giveaway.
