No-one knows the exact date of Shakespeares birthday so it seems more likely that they chose April 23rd to match the date of death more out of a fitting memorial than actuality. It wouldn't be more than a day or two out though because his baptism is recorded shortly afterwards.
Anyway the guy couldn't even spell his name so its ludicrous to suggest he wrote these playes..he didn't know his speares from his spares.
..on those conclusive grounds I suggest we all.. HAIL SIR CHRISTOPHER MARLOWE!
