Why does my heart sink when I get sent a zipped file. I invariably have trouble decoding them and end up jumping through all the necessary hoops without success when I finally realise how to do it right and find maybe there are five files but one of them is undecodable.
It is all the more irritating when you realise that even unzipped the amount of data is quite small.
