A lovely word, used by my grandaughter for the instructions that come with toys and appliances. I assume she invented it, but don't know for sure.

No that was 100% my work. Thanks for pointing it out. I've corrected it now.
I like 'learnings' so much better than 'manual' or 'instructions' that I think I will adopt it myself.
It is actually used as the plural of 'learning' but so rarely I have no compunction about ignoring this. I suspect it's one of the psychobabble terms used only in papers written by psychologists, which are probably best launched into the nearest paper recycling bin anyway.
