The other bloke on there born on Gargs birthday was an Environmentalist...so at least Ians half way there as a well known mentalist.
I wonder if Daniel Day Lewis is thought of as being very erm..grounded, down to earth..is he practical..mind you its a tad basic to go off 1% but as the other 99% is considered equally dodgy is dont matter much.

he certainly looks more content with a bit of greenery about his bod i think gargoyles probably get lonely up on those roof tops - no wonder they start to look a tad dissatisfied.

Its preferable to a garden gnome but then again who'd want a Hungarian Magician at the end of the garden drinking you out of house and home. Taurus..associated with Catering, Wine Industry (a one man version in Ians case ), Interior Design (??) Engraving and err..Photography..mind you nowadays I'm about the ONLY person left not taking snaps. I know what'd happen..I'd go out and start snapping at Salford Market for some characterful action shots and get jumped on by several hoodies.

Well well Daz - all this superstitious astrology nonsense is not going to look good on your pathway-to-salvation record. It’s a bit like admitting to your Christian disciple that you’re flirting with Allah.....
Now tell me something - about the ‘science’ of astrology:
Astrologers say that the /exact/ time of birth is very important. What /is/ the exact time of birth though? Is it when the water breaks…when the newborn’s head comes out…the feet…?
Or is it the time the consultant/midwife remembers to fill in the paperwork, looks at the clock and says: 'Time of birth was...err... is…3.10pm'?
God might be forgiving of such little ‘inaccuracies’. I doubt the stars will be.

Maybe they should make a TV program to answer this question.
How about 'Stars in thighs'?

In some countries its written down in the paperwork i.e. Birth Certificate..I'd guess pretty accurately providing the midwife can read the clock face.
That probably accounts for the relative success of French research compared to ours. The birth time is symbolically the cutting of the umbilical cord.

Ahem..you're not asking me to actually 'work' in this weather are you? I shall endeavour to pull some elusive rabbit out thee hat then. Erm..as the birth time is several hours prior to D.Day Lewis my advice is to put the Acting career on the back burner for now. ........I see a three legged man runing around in circles giggling mischeivously..

////In some countries its written down in the paperwork i.e. Birth Certificate. I'd guess pretty accurately providing the midwife can read the clock face.////
I see. You’d /guess/ that it’s /pretty/ accurate in /some/ countries.....
If I was in hospital and a consultant told me: “Take this medication. My guess it that it‘s pretty accurate, but I can‘t know for sure, since it isn‘t scientifically testable”, I don’t think I would take it. Unless I was desperate.
Are people who believe in astrology desperate?
////The birth time is symbolically the cutting of the umbilical cord.////
Ah yeah - and who decided at some point that this was the err ‘symbolically’ significant moment at which the stars influence a newborn‘s personality? Certainly no /celestial/ body....
And so - if there //was// indeed any such influence, then the determination of this would already be fundamentally flawed and distorted by human meddling.
And that’s just the birth time for starters, not to mention the rest of the flaws - last but not least the fact that there is no empirical scientific foundation for astrology whatsoever. It’s an unfounded belief system, just like religion. Its symbolism is as freely interpretable and as unsystematic as is biblical symbolism. Anything goes - although this, of course, is heavily disputed by various ‘experts’ in both fields....
<Sigh>
Saying that I /infinitely/ prefer astrologers to theists: At least they won't make me burn in hell for all eternity.....

So how does it work for Shakespeare when nobody really knows even his real birthday.

Even total sceptics admit he existence but the only thing we can safely say is that he wasn't born on Christmas Day..well a 1-365 chance. Bad odds.
