A lot of the stuff, particulrly the funnies, posted on messageboards has been drifting around the internet for years. I always assume that when someone posts a funny it's a cut and paste (pace Stevan: I know you wrote them all but then you e-mailed them out and they spread. Tracing them back to you is impossible)
So if I, or anyone else posts a funny, let's all assume it's a cut and paste unless the poster claims otherwise. If you are cutting and pasting from the originator (assuming you know it's the originator) post a credit.
Oh and if anyone see's something here, Thinks they know who the originator was and has evidence, post a link.

I'm afraid during the days of Stevans constant email flood of 'jokes' I sat stoney faced. Oh well each to his own..it wasn't through lack of effort. I've got an odd sense of humour..the last time I laughed was when Dara refuted any cruelty caused by fish-hooks on account of her not having caught any fish for ages. And she says it so dryly as well..a true droll!  ...dont worry D..droll not troll  |

Well someone did complain to either Dara or Gen that they'd stolen 'their' avatar...obviously if it was me I would have told them where to go and asked them precisely why a picture of Angie Jolie sucking a lollipop or whatever was 'their picture'. Quite frankly if someone started muttering about copyrights I'd tell them to grow up and worry about something worth worrying about. Anyway there were 2 pakis, an irishman and a jap in Bernard Mannings Club and.. |

Copyright is obviously a sensitive area for some people....in which case members should touch it gently and with consideration.
