Theres a flaw. Why only Emperor..what if we Superhero's just laid down rules so that only Women could be given the role. And I cant think of any evil female Leaders - not even Thatcher, Wivens - so that would render them impotent!

Y'know when you throw someone into a pit of flaming fire - which I do with regularity - how come the Evil Emperor always walks out but in skeletal form with bits of flesh hanging off him? I just thought of that whilst awaiting the indestructable re-emergence of Sandy Winder. No idea why? btw. if Exco reads this, which is more than unlikely - I'm beginning to sympathise with your plight.
