Not that highly.
It's allowed to "arse off" out of thee canvas ( check Howard Hodgkin for how it should be done) but this work looks a little 'random' in that sense.
I wouldn't be surprised if the board was turned or moved around during the 'painting' of it. Doesn't look like brushwork - so guess card/scraper or summat.
It's active, for what that's worth, but it's second/third division stuff.
