Yes, I had noticed and I do like - V V much though I still think the positioning of the text is not the best and would go something more like this:

I see what you mean. The reason for the seperation was to get over the idea that it's a bar called "The Madrigal" which is a "cyber lounge" as opposed to a bar called "the MADRIGAL cyber lounge" but I'm open to persuasion.

Yes it looks slightly better aligned to the left. As long as its not me who has to do the fiddling around.

I was playing withis which is a sort of pastiche of the Web2.0 cliche (i.e. the shelf gives a reason for the reflection) but I think it's too much.

I also think from a design point of view that bit has to be aligned to the left hand margin. I'm not sure about the reflection thing....especially if you want to get over the idea that it's a bar called The Madrigal Cyber Lounge!

I've centered the glass, pm, so had to put the right hand text onto 2 lines to even it out.

The martini glass was entirely their idea, the elizabethan green sets it off perfectly. I can always tell its a good job if old stick-in-the-mud Dirk starts complaining that its far too garish for his tender sensibilities. Try wearing shades, Man ...you wouldn't think he was a Jazz Sax player (although my admiration diminished somewhat when I discovered it wasn't for Miles Davis but Val Doonican and Mike Sammes). Laugh? ....I nearly cried!
