Why is everything old far more classier than anything from the modern age.

I was just thinking about the way these people pose and look for the camera. Not this one particularly which is an old movie star pic I suspect. But if you could just take them out of their photographs and show them around - a mere 100 yrs on or less! - what on earth would they make of us all.

Can you imagine ushering them in and pointing to the TV and saying 'and this is called the Big Brother House'..its an artificial house where people provide entertainment such as this celebrity called Jade Goody and her Mother (cue excessive farting).

I mean they'd think we were absolutely effing bonkers!!!!!!!

Old photographs are more revealing somehow. I'm not keen on the current vogue of arty shots and I prefer people as subjects rather than still lifes.

If you want to do a still life then it looks better painted than photographed.
