i know daz is scathing of my musical taste, but i will persevere... last year a R4 program introduced me to the Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britainthis afternoon there was a repeat of Phil Jupitus' prog. the combination of well chosen tunes, musicians with a fine sense of irony, and a tiny guitar looking thing - make it impossible for me not to smile. i recommend them as a feel good musical choice to amuse every generation. their version of Wuthering Heights is a particular fave of mine

I saw them once, by chance, on European TV. Fantastic, great entertainers and musicians. Thanks for the link, I shall watch at my leisure.
