just taken delivery of the most beautiful bunch of flowers from 'Jane'. so i rang the only Jane i know to thank her - we had a slightly weird conversation because she'd just sent something off to me earlier today - she rang back to confirm that she felt we were talking at cross purposes. how do i find out who this kind person is so that i can thank them  |

perhaps they were delivered to the wrong address.

i did - as i thought might be the case - they were not allowed to give me information.
in fact they could not initially find any record of the delivery, let alone the sender.
eventually she found the order but still could not tell me who.....but told me that Jane was not the name of the person who sent the flowers, and would I care to guess in which part of the globe/europe/uk/city/town/village the person lived.....eventually she took pity and said that it was local...in fact it was the same postcode as me.....the person taking the order had typed to hastily and what should have been Jean was typed as Jane.....
mystery solved, flowers lovely, and me and my new chum on the delivery hotline are planning to set up a detective agency any day now!

I sent some to LMH once and they came back a week later rubber-stamped "Not Good Enough"
