Every so often reality rears its head and bites us on the Internet so its only fair to cease the usual cat calling and tomato throwing when something of real importance occurs. So with that in mind, I'm sure we all send our best wishes to TC's Mother who was attacked over the weekend. I sincerely, and of course others here, wish her a speedy recovery.

he reads here regularly Sandy!
Something i find most odd seeing has he has banned my ip. and over a significant period of time I have allowed his ips access here - a service he uses quite a lot!
I like to think he misses us.
That aside, i do hope his mother is ok. I know that looking after parents is not an easy thing and when something really horrid happens it can make one feel guilty and inadequate. But really it's not your fault - it's the fault of the criminal who took advantage of an older person.

However obviously not your fault, the children of elderly parents who are the victim of crime in their own home will inevitably feel some guilt - i should have been there etc. smart @rse!
