Carrot or Stick?

Too much carrot not enough stick! More carrot! More stick! Stick/Carrots? Enough!, the national obsession with too many sticks not enough carrots or too much carrots not enough stick or whether to saute carrots in garlic and ginger then and present to miscreants whilst waving a big stick in case of his/hers rejection of said carrots must be brought to a solution. Therefore I've decided to give members their own carrot-stick thus giving them a choice to use either stick or carrot when and if members feel its appropriate to use them.
