Hello everybody,
i am finally back home from Italy. I have a good time.
Hotel was fine, but i dont know why it deserves four stars. i have a TV with 10 italian programms:) Radio with italian station as well:)
Course was good, but a teacher was very boring. so it was a suffering to sit there four days from nine to six (when we have a luck) on thursday we ended at half past six.
Food was the best. i ate so many meals for the first time, like steak (bloody one), tiramisu, italian lasagne and drink very good wine. i tried Barolo, which is one of the best italian red wine.
Arona is very small city by the lake. weather was amazing. it was raining on monday, but other days it was very warm. Milano disappointed me. i expect more from this city. A lot of noise, even in trams. so many cars and motocykles. and mostly shops with clothes and boots.
the biggest shock was return to the food of our cafeteria in the bank:(.

Well its been quiet here but less quiet elsewhere. I think a few people would prefer me to stay here Okey doke, you must tell us..I figured it would be near a lake (Como?) and glad the weather held out for you. So it was quite warm..in the 70's. How much free time did you have to visit places?

How much free time did you have to visit places? yes, it was by the Lake Maggiore en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lake_Maggiorehow much time? i came between ten and eleven in the evening on sunday. so we had a dinner and went to sleep. everyday we have a breakfast at eight in the morning. the course begun at nine everyday. an hour before the lunch we have a small break, also around five in the afternoon. the lunch time was at one and lunch took an hour. it was planned to end at five everyday, but we wanted to go to the Milan, so we have one hour longer course everyday except wednesday. and when we finished, we have time till eight, when a dinner started. dinner took two or more hours. usually we ended with wine aroung eleven or later. but after dinner we can go out. once i was with my colleagues on a drink. i tried italian beer. it was too expensive. if you wanted to go shopping you had to go before dinner, because shops close at seven.

Looks very relaxing..I bet you wish you'd had a few more weeks there.
You didn't run off with any suave Italian waiters then?

It is good to see you back hale and hearty, and from a post on this thread I see you took my advice and put a 'do not disturb' sign on your door. It is always recommended to add to it "I have a Walther P99 waiting for those that do" ;D

Mind you, the Isle of Man isn't exactly the place for the In-Crowd
