Technically he can definitely draw reasonably well..whereas I can't comment of Van Vliet or Tracey Emin because despite vast amount of money paid for their work and many exhibitions there is as yet little evidence of drawing skill.
So far I've liked Billy Childish and ..well this bloke can draw but seems to have run out of inspiration..
